Tractor Info

1915-1919

The Hart-Parr 18-35 was built from 1915 to 1918. Patterned after the “ Crop-Maker”, this rig was known as the “Oil King”. Its single-cylinder engine was cranked from the huge flywheel. Carburetion and ignition had to be kept in tip-top condition on the single-cylinder tractors since there were no others to help get it started. Cranking one of these big engines for a while had a way of making strong men weak.
