Oliver Super 88 tractors included a special high clearance version as shown here. The gasoline-powered high clearance model sold for $4,561, compared to only $3,850 for the ordinary dual-front row-crop version. A Super 88 Diesel High-Clearance tractor was listed at over $5,300, but the Super 88 Row-Crop diesel was priced at $4,600. Yet another option was the Super 88 with an adjustable front axle; Oliver also referred to it as a Rice or Cane model. This one with a gasoline engine sold for $4,112. Like others in the ’Super’ series, LP-gas equipment was available for an additional $260 instead of gasoline and a carburetor. Power steering was a $200 option.
