Model Information
1957 - 1958
Super 44 Utility tractors were initially built at the Battle Creek, Michigan plant, and production was then shifted to South Bend. Built only in 1957 and 1958, the Super 44 Utility carried a four-cylinder Continental engine. The high-clearance frame and the adjustable wheels made this an ideal tractor for commercial gardeners and nurserymen. Of course it was also a very useful hired hand for many other applications within in capabilities. After production of the Super 44 ended, came the Oliver 440 tractor. It was an improved version, and was built at the Charles City, Iowa factory.
