Model Information
1920
Universal attempted to get their motor cultivator on the market in 1920. It differed from most motor cultivators because the operator sat directly above the plow beams instead of behind them as usually practiced. A single rear wheel drove the machine by means of roller chains. An additional feature was the sweep mounted behind the drive wheel. It plowed out the wheel mark, minimizing soil erosion.
