The first original E-B tractor design was the 1916 Model L. With a 12-20 horsepower rating, it was capable of pulling three plows under average conditions. The Model L represendted a popular trend toward three wheel tractors, and used a four cylinder 4 1/2 x 5 inch motor. Weighing 5,425 pounds, it was built through 1917.
