Tractor Info

1920-

Franklin Tractor Company developed a crawler tractor that was listed in 1920 as the “ Franklin Flexible” .It had a 15-30 horsepower rating and used an Erd four-cylinder motor. The operator probably thought he was straddling a pogo stick when he was in the spring-mounted seat on this rig. The Franklin people got together with the Bullock enterprises in Chicago, and the Franklin-Bullock Tractor Company emerged.
