Tractor Info

1958-1963

Numerous frame configurations were available in the 770 series, including a rather unusual high-crop design. It was essentially the 770 agricultural row crop model, except that offset and extended rear axles and an extended front pedestal were used. Special bracing was extended from the front of the tractor frame to the final drive housings. These tractors were built for various purposes, probably including mounted cotton pickers. These special high-clearance models were likely built only on factory order, and appear to have been available during the 1958-67 production run of the 770 tractors.
