Tractor Info

1959 - 1964

Oliver 660 tractors were introduced in 1959 and remained in production until 1964. This model was an evolutionary progression from the earlier Super 66 model, and was built with the choice of gasoline or diesel engines. The four-cylinder motor carried a 3 5/8 x 3 3/4 inch bore and stroke with a governed speed of 2,000 rpm. Shown here is the 660 with dual fron wheels, as regularly supplied. This model in a gasoline version sold for $3,185; a comparable diesel model was priced at $3,685.
