Tractor Info

1958-1962

Oliver 550 tractors of 1961 retained the original grille styling of the original offering. However, by this time the decals and highlights have been changed substantially from the original design. Oliver 550 tractors could be purchased with a fixed-width fron axle, or with an adjustable-front style. This little tractor had a wheelbase of under 73 inches, and an overall length of 10 feet. With a 52-inch wheel tread, it had a turning radius of nine feet, marking it a very handy utility tractor, as well as providing up to 45-plus brake horsepower when needed.
