American-Abell offered the “ Universal Farm Motor” in 1911. It was the same tractor being built by Universal Tractor Company at Stillwater, Minnesota, and sold by Minneapolis Threshing Machine Company, and others. The design was later used by Rumely for several years in their GasPull tractor.
