The 770 was a row crop tractor manufactured in Charles City, Iowa. It was the same as the Oliver 770. It had three engine options, a Waukesha-Oliver 3.5L six-cylinder gasoline, a Waukesha-Oliver 3.5L six-cylinder diesel, and a Waukesha-Oliver 3.5L six-cylinder LP gas. All were 4×2 2WD with manual steering, disc brakes, a six-speed sliding gear or twelve-speed transmission, and an open operator station. It was available in a Wheatland, model with a standard wide front axle, a high crop model with high clearance, and an orchard model with a low profile.
