Tractor Info

1907-1918

“ Old Reliable” was the name given to the 30-60 model built from 1907 to 1918. Weighing some ten tons, the 30-60 was powered by a two-cylinder engine with a 10-inch bore and15-inch stroke. Rated horsepower was delivered at 300 RPM. One forward speed of 2.3 MPH and one reverse speed were both controlled by a single lever. At this point, Hart-Parr tractors still used the chain and bolster steering commonly found on steam traction engines. This model was very popular with farmers and threshermen, and also found wide use in road building.
