Tractor Info

1969 - 1971

Although White Farm Equipment acquired Minneapolis-Moline in 1969, the G-1355 was presented for testing at Nebraska in 1973 as a purely M-M model. Rated at 2,200 rpm, this tractor was capable of over 140 PTO horsepower. The M-M 585 ci six-cylinder engine was combined with an Oliver drive train in this model. It was available as M-M with Prairie Gold paint or as an Oliver with green paint. White Farm Equipment marketed this tractor in Canada as their 2270 model from the beginning of production. The power level was later raised to 142 horsepower and the M-M designator was removed, with the White logo being substituted.
