During the great depression the company began to drop off, Charles Heath decided that building a smaller, light-weight tractor for 60 acres or less was the solution. This is when the little Plymouth tractor came into to picture around 1933. This tractor featured a Hercules engine with optional steel wheels. The Plymouth tractor weighed around 2100 pounds and was able to pull a 14-inch one-bottom plow.
