The O-4 was an orchard/vineyard tractor built narrower to fit more easily between rows of trees. It was based on the W-4 standard. It had a completely smooth hood by lowering the air intake and exhaust and optional headlights were mounted below the radiator. It had an International Harvester 2.5L four-cylinder 4×2 2WD gasoline engine with manual steering, five-speed gear transmission, and an open operator station. It was also available in the OS-4 orchard model without full sheet metal.
