The TO-35 was a utility tractor manufactured by Ferguson in Detroit, Michigan. It had two engine options, a Continental 2.2L four-cylinder gasoline engine or a Standard Diesel Company 2.3L four-cylinder diesel engine. It was a 4×2 2WD with manual steering, differential mechanical expanding shoe brakes, a six-speed unsynchronized gear transmission, and an open operator station. It was available in the TO-35 Deluxe model with live PTO with a two-stage clutch.
