The Oliver Hart-Parr Row-Crop appeared at the Nebraska Tractor Test Laboratory in April 1930. Apparently, the 18-27 horsepower rating later ascribed to this model emerged from this test, No. 176. The rating was actually set by SAE and ASAE rating codes. The four-cylinder engine was rated at 1,190 rpm and uses a 4 1/8 x 5 1/4 inch bore and stroke. It delivered a maximum of 30 belt horsepower. This model could be equipped with an option PTO shaft for $8.50. Adding a K-W low tension lighting generator was a $71 option.
