The JT had rubber tires, five forward gears, and a road speed of over 12mph. In Nebraska Tractor test no 233, in April 1935, the JT produced 18 drawbar and 24 belt hp from the 3 5/8 x 4 3/4, 196 cubic inch Waukesha F. Variations included the JTS standard, JTO orchard, and J row crop which were produced with tricycle fronts and adjustable rear tread width.
