Model Information
1957-1957
The Golden Arrow was an experimental tractor manufactured in Brantford, Ontario, Canada. It had a Hercules four-cylinder 4×2 2WD gasoline engine with a six-speed transmission and an open operator station. It was manufactured as a demonstration tractor. The goal was to show the new draft sensing three-point hitch. Cockshutt put the hitch, rear end, and transmission of the new model 550 onto a 35. Originally, they intended to recall the Golden Arrows and rebuild them into the 550s but many were never returned to the factory.
