Model Information
1920-1924
George Dill tried for a share of the tractor business with this unusual model called the Dill Harvesting tractor. It was designed for use on wet, swampy ground. The 1920 listings show that this outfit sold for $2,480. It used a four-cylinder vertical engine, 4 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches, operating at 900 RPM. As early as 1916, Dill had built a 28-47 model. By 1918, this was trimmed down to a 20-40, using the same Continental engine. The Dill tractor disappeared after 1924.
