Case wanted a smaller 2 to 3 plow version of the Model L so the production of the C began in 1929. This tractor was the basis for the Case row crop tractor as well. It was powered by a 4 cylinder overhead valve engine and produced 22.7 hp on the drawbar and 29 hp on the belt.
