1946-1947
The Empire model 88 used military war surplus rebuilt engines. These were light general purpose farm tractors that had a 12” bottom plow capacity. These tractors came out of the factory with red paint and the tractor engines, transmissions, transfer cases, and PTO units were painted gray. These tractors were equipped with a toolbox, front headlights, one rear fender light, oil filter, oil pressure guage, and more.
