1916-1918

From 1916 through 1918, La Crosse Tractor Company offered two tractor models, the 8-16 Model A, and the 12-24 Model B. La Crosse-Happy Farmer tractors made a big hit at the tractor demonstrations. Their lightweight, simple design, coupled with an attractive price aided then popularity. Both models used a two-cylinder engine, and the 12-24 featured Hyatt roller bearings throughout. For 1916, the Model A sold at S585, while the larger Model B was listed at $695 f.o.b. the factory.
