Tractor Info

1931

The Steel Mule 45 model was essentially an upgrade from the Model 40 crawler. It was manufactured by Foote Bros. Gear & Machine Co. It was heavier than the 35 and like its smaller cousin, it used a six-cylinder L head Waukesha gasoline engine. Aside from a leaky rear main bearing seal, the 45 went through its paces at the Nebraska Tractor Tests.
