The third and final “Phase” of the 420 added the slant steering for the operators convience. It still carried all the various “Phases” options and filled a lot of niche’ farming needs. The crawler came with optiona1 10″, 12″ or 14″ tracks. The 420 LP tractor was never tested at the Nebraska Testing Laboratory
