Tractor Info

1919

Only in 1919 did Yuba list their 40-70 Ball Tread tractor. Priced at $6,250, this gargantuan weighed 21,000 pounds, and had a 5 1/2 ton drawbar pull. Yuba built their own engine for this tractor — a four-cylinder affair with a 6 1/2 inch bore and 8 1/2 inch stroke. A selective sliding gear transmission provided three speeds forward and one reverse.
