Tractor Info

1963-1964

The MF 35 was a utility tractor manufactured in Detroit, Michigan with a Perkins 2.5L three-cylinder diesel 4×2 2WD engine. A gasoline model was available after 1961 with a Continental 2.2L four-cylinder 4×2 2WD engine. It had a rear optional differential lock, manual recirculating ball steering, independent manual shoe/drum brakes, a six-speed or twelve-speed partial power shift transmission, and an open operator station. Its variants included the 35 Utility industrial, and the 35 Turf low-profile. It was offered in a Standard, and Deluxe variation with the standard model offering little driver comfort and controls, and the Deluxe offered additional benefits such as a cushioned seat (instead of the standard’s TE20 style metal pan), a tractormeter, a dual-clutch (instead of the standards single-plate) and a luxury footrest assembly.
