The 1913 Chase used a three-cylinder two-cycle engine, developing 30 brake horsepower. The drive wheel was 30 inches in diameter, and the machine had a wheelbase of 8 feet. Lubrication for the engine came from oil mixed with gasoline. The transmission was built by Brown & Lipe Company.
