Tractor Info

1926-1935

Thermostatic heat control, a water pump, and a three-bearing crankshaft were some top features of the Minneapolis-Moline Twin City 27-44 tractor. A five-plow machine, it embodied all the features of the other Twin City models, with a few extra ones included. It was a lot more tractor than the 15-30 McCormick-Deering and had many advanced features not provided by International Harvester until they turned the old 15-30 into a 22-36. Minneapolis-Moline advertised that “ a tractor is like a horse — it pays to buy a good one.”
