Model Information
1966 - 1969
During 1964 and 1965 Oliver offered the 1750 model as an update of the 1800C tractor. Both the gasoline and diesel versions used the same basic engine as was used in. comparable 1800C tractors, but while the latter used a rated speed of 2,200 rpm, this was raised to 2,400 rpm for the 1750 models. This change raised the rated pto output from 77 to 80-plus pto horsepower. From 1966 to 1969 the 1750 was built in its own right, rather tahn being an upgraded version of the eariler 1800C tractor. The high air stack with a visible precleaner is obvious on this 1965 model; it was replaced with a low air stack on the Oliver 1750 introduced in 1966. The 1750 Row-Crop listed at about $7,200 with a gasoline engine, while the diesel model sold for about $7,900.
