The 1650 was a row crop tractor manufactured in Charles City, Iowa. It was sold as the El Toro four-wheel drive in Central America and Australia/New Zealand. It had two engine options a Waukesha-Oliver 4.6L six-cylinder diesel engine or a Waukesha-Oliver 4.3L six-cylinder gasoline engine. Both were 4×2 2WD or 4×4 MFWD 4WD with power assist steering, differential disc brakes, six-speed unsynchronized transmission twelve-speed two-speed power shift transmission, or eighteen-speed partial power shift transmission, and an optional cab. It was the same as the Oliver 1650.
