A small rig designed for the truck farmer was offered about 1920 by United Tractors Company. The “Mohawk” 8-16 tractor succeeded the “Cultitracor” in 1921. Designed particualerly to the needs of the small farmer, this 2,150 pound tractor could pull one plow and had a maximum drawbar pull of 1,000 pounds.
