Evans introduced a 15-30 model in 1919, replacing a 12-20 model offered the year before. The 15-30 had optional starting and lighting equipment. In 1920, the 15-30 was renamed the Model L and re-reated to 18-30, although it carried the same engine as before.

Evans introduced its first tractor in 1917. Production was halted after 1920, and by 1921, Evans tractors had disappeared from the trade directories. Little else is known about this company.
