history

The Dixieland 12-25 came out in 1920. This 2,800-pound tractor was obviously an attempt at a row crop machine that could also be used for other farm work. Erd Motor Car Company in Saginaw, Michigan provided their Type T 4 x 6 ince engine for this tractor. The location of the steering wheel and seat indicates that cultivating was the primary intent of the designer. The Dixieland was a short-lived affair, being listed only in 1920.
