history

Continental made a determined effort to market a power cultivator in 1928. Unfortunately, this came at a time when International Harvester’s “Farmall” was taking over the cultivating business. The problems of the “Cultor” were compounded by the stock market crash of 1929, an event that effectively cut out all but the strongest companies.
