Central Machine Works’ tractor was of conventional four-wheel design. It was a very popular tractor at the time. A roomy platform, half-fenders, and canopy top provided some degree of comfort for the operator and served to enhance the machine.

Central Machine Works announced a 40 horsepower tractor in 1912. Nothing more was heard of this tractor after its announcement was made in Gas Review Magazine. Little else is known about this company.
