Fendt produced their first tractor in 1930, known as the Dieselross. Currently, the company boasts over 250,000 customers worldwide.
Fendt was founded by Xaver Fendof in 1930, in Marktoberdorf, Aligua, Germany. They are a German agricultural machinery manufacturer and produce many things including tractors, combine harvesters, balers, and telescopic handlers. In 1997, the company was purchased by AGCO Corporation.
