“Autumn on Parade” is a beloved community festival in Oregon that has thrived for over 50 years. Starting with just seven booths in 1970, it has grown to feature around 180 booths, offering activities like pig scrambles, quilt shows, and a renowned parade. Volunteers play a crucial role in its success, dedicating time and effort to create a weekend of joy and connection for families and friends. Despite accommodating tens of thousands of visitors, the festival maintains a strong focus on local history and community spirit, making it a cherished event that brings the town together year after year.
