The MF 98 was a standard tread tractor manufactured by Oliver and is essentially the same as an Oliver 990, with the hood and grill being the only difference. It was available with a Detroit Deisel 3.5L three-cylinder diesel 4×2 2WD engine. It had a six-speed gear transmission and an open operator station.
