The Farmers Oil tractor followed a contemporary design. It resembled the Rumely Oil Pull and was shown in a Watertown newspaper photograph pulling a four-bottom plow.
Farmers Oil Tractor Company at Mason City, Iowa announced a 35 horsepower outfit in early 1913, but later that same year, the company packed up and moved to Watertown, South Dakota. The single tractor designed by this company was shipped from Mason City to Watertown and was the only one to come out of the Watertown plant. It is unknown why none were ever made at the Watertown plant. Little information can be found on the beginning or end of this company.
