Bethlehem Motors Corp.

During 1919 and 1920, Bethlehem promoted their 18-36 tractor. The tractor was not a success, most likely due to many reasons, including the poor financial position of the company, the crowded tractor market, and the agricultural depression. The company built an automobile in 1920 but went into receivership later that year.

John M. Mack founded the Bethlehem Motors Corporation in February of 1916. Its industry was automotive, trucks being its primary focus. They produced their first and only tractor, which proved unsuccessful during 1919 and 1920. The company was reorganized as the Bethlehem Motors Corporation of New York, and in 1926, merged with the Hahn Motor Truck Company and Lehigh Truck Company, forming the Hahn Motor Truck Corporation.
