The Model S was introduced by case in 1940 with full production of this model beginning in 1941. It was a two plow tractor with similar output to the row crop SC model. Aviable on full steel or rubber tires effective in 1953 the engine bore was increased from 3 1/2 to 3 5/8 inches.
