Model Information
1958 - 1963
Oliver 880 Industrial tractors featured a shuttle drive which Oliver called their “Reverse-O-Tore’ design. A simple flick of a lever mounted on the steering post provided forward and reverse movement of the tractor. Power was delivered through a single-stage torque converter. The 880 Industrial was also available with a conventional transmission. When equipped with a front-end loader, the Reverse-O-Tore transmission made the 880 Industrial an ideal tractor for loading purposes, since clutching was eliminated and slack time was reduced.
