The 706 was a smaller version of the 806 and was available in gasoline, and LP gas versions as well as diesel. They also offered, along with cabs, wide and narrow front axles and a powered wide front axle. There was a standard-tread version, the IH-706, and an industrial version, IH-2706 available.
