1967-1971
Produced in the 1967-71 period, the International 444 standard-tread model was a great 38 horsepower model for the small farm, or a ready helper in big operations. Available with a gasoline or diesel engine, the 444 featured a four-cylinder C-153 engine in the gasoline style or an IH BD-154 block in the diesel models. Both had ap proximately 152 CID. An 8 1/2-foot turning radius got the 444 into areas that big tractors couldn’t negotiate. In addition to many regular features, hydrostatic power steer ing was available as an option.
