The International 240 Utility tractor carried the same basic specifications as the Farmall 240, with a major ex ception being the wide-tread front axle shown here. Production of this model ran from 1958 to 1962. In Nebraska Test No. 668, the 1-240 Utility model came up with 28.07 drawbar and 32.24 observed brake horsepower. These figures closely matched the data on the Farmall 240 tested under No. 667.
