1920-1922
American Tractor Corporation came out with the “Yankee”, 12-25 in 1920. It was a sequel to the original “Kinross’ American”. Basically it was the same machine except that the cab was removed and the belt pulley was relocated to the rear of the tractor. Power was provided by a four cylinder Erd motor with 4 x 6 inch bore and stroke. An “armchair” seat provided maximum operator comfort. Weight was 4,600 pounds, and the 1921 price was $1,765. Production ended about 1922.
