Model Information
1912-1920
J. J. Dauch presented this 15-35 model in 1912. With few changes, it remained in production through 1920. Eventually, the firm was named Dauch Manufacturing Company. The 1916 model used a Dauch-built four-cylinder 5 x 6 1/2 inch engine with each cylinder cast separately. The ruggedness of the design is evident and is perhaps most apparent when looking at the 7,600-pound shipping weight. Also called the “ Sandusky Model E”, it sold for $2,500 in 1918. This price remained constant through 1920.
